Student Pilots must possess a valid medical certificate in order to exercise the privileges of their respective flying licenses. The Pre training medical examination required to qualify to be a student pilot is conducted by designated aviation medical examiners, duly approved by Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), the licensing authority for Pilots in India.
Requirements for CPL
A student desirous of obtaining a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) must be 18 years of age on date of application and must have qualified Class 10+2 exam from any of the recognized boards with Physics and Mathematics as main subjects.
Medical Requirements CPL
Student Pilots must possess a valid medical certificate in order to exercise the privileges of their respective flying licenses. Before initiating flying training student must qualify CLASS II medical examination by DGCA Approved Doctor.
For issue of CPL you must qualify Class I medical.
